Reviews from visitors:
Excellent location in the center of old Madrid, walking distance to all major tourist attractions.
Beautiful roof top pool perfect for sun-bathing and pictures.
LGBTQ and couples friendly, not suitable for families.
Very stylish rooms with surreal lighting and furniture. Our room also had a small balcony which was great for having in-room breakfast at.
We had a great stay in this hotel. The receptionist Jamie was incredibly professional. The pool area is amazing. The room we stayed in was really tiny. It's manageable if you're in Madrid on a city break but since our stay was a part of a long trip we had trouble organising our belongings in such a small space. The lack of toilet brush is a little disturbing and we had a nasty surprise of a mini bar charge when we got home. I had to call the hotel and explain that we never had anything from the mini bar. They gave the money back but it was all in all an unpleasant experience to call the reception and be treated with disdain and straight up disbelief. I should have listened to my hubby who picked up the menu when we settled in our room and mentioned that there was something missing. I just trusted the cleaning team and never thought to report it. Lesson learnt. All in all a great hotel at a very reasonable price
Amazing little hotel , greeted by the lovely Saud general manager , this hotel is for everyone !
Beautiful rooms , so clean and comfortable ...
the staff are so friendly too ... excellent location In The heart of the city . Thank you everyone will be back soon xx Teresa
What a lovely stay. All the staff are super nice, friendly, helpful, and will make you feel at home at their hotel. Super clean super covid safe. Even the lift has a finger sanitizer! The breakfast is great, huge portions. The rooftop is cool, if the weather was warmer I would have loved to jump in the pool. Overall, amazing place and can’t recommend it more.
Stayed here with friends during their first nights of reopening after COVID. All measures in place are working amazing and I felt super secure staying here. Coming from The Netherlands it is quite a difference (all over the city), but everything was explained perfectly - just make sure you bring a mask (which you need in the plane anyway). Pool great, ground floor bar was open for drinks, and breakfast was brought to the room.
