Lovely place love it. Perhaps a litle small but confortable

My flight and cruise was cancelled due to Covid. Everyone is going through a tough time. Most hotels gave me refund despite the no cancellation policy, this hotel refuses and didn't care about my situation or the fact that a pandemic has changed all our lives. Don't give to a hotel that takes advantage of a pandemic.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Great location in Centro Madrid. Special thanks to each of the staff at the front desk. They were so helpful every time we had questions.

Excellent location with an excellent restaurant below. Friendly and helpful staff with clean rooms and peaceful stay. Excellent choice. It is near everything.

Stayed in a large room on the corner of the building, very roomy, full of light. Bed very comfortable. Amazing breakfast.
