Zero soundproofing. You can hear EVERYTHING in the next rooms and especially the hallway as if it was in your room. Television, conversations, toilet, shower, sink, people walking around, etc... like it was right in your room.
They should have spent less money on the lobby decorations and more on soundproofing the rooms.
Having said that, the staff - especially the women at the reception - are super kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room was a good size. The location is great also!
Great hotel and friendly staff, very well located
It was a horrible experience. We choose this hotel for our honey moon and we understand that we're in pandemic times, but they didn't have any single detail with us. When we did the reservation we told them that was for our wedding night but seems like they don't care about those details. Very disappointed!
One star because I can't put none!
And after this comment they told me to contact them, I sent the email and never answered me back!
Great location right by the city center but not in a busy street. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Didn't use the facilities but the decoration of the hotel was great too and staff was very helpful and friendly. The downside is that the windows can let in noise from the streets which becomes a problem when the garbage trucks come by at night if you are sensitive.
