Overall a nice place to see. The location is very good and close to most tourist attractions and shopping areaz and restaurants. The only downside is its proximity to the roads which can be noisy at times despite the highly insulated windows. Will recommend to stay here if u are not a light sleeper.
just checked out of the hotel and already wanting to go back. Such a beautiful hotel and location from the get go. Loved the overall architecture and amenities. It can get super hot in Madrid so the complementary ice water in the lobby was a life saver at times. Rooms were extremely nice and modern. Loved the aesthetic as a whole. Location was perfect. We did not get the chance to try any of the buffets or restaurants however there are many affordable food options just off the main road. Kettle and in room fridge were an added bonus. Due to the fact that this is located right on gran via, we were able to walk to most of our attractions without the need for subway or taxi. This hotel exceeded expectations. Will be back and recommending to family and friends for sure!
