Great location despite the construction next to the hotel. The room was a bit narrow/small. The front desk could've had a bit more presence but a fine stay nonetheless. This place is super clean and helpful when needed. Loved the shower too.
Very strategically located hotel right at the heart of the shopping district. The room is a bit on the smaller side but it more than makes up in the choice of quality bathroom amenities and chic decor. The check in was quick and friendly.
I came here for a conference and the meeting room was nice. They supplied bottled water which I appreciated.
Very clean and quiet hotel. The room was smaller than I was expecting but the 24 hour room service made it worthwhile. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to non Spanish speakers and helped us arrange tours and order taxis. The pool is nice too.
Very nice hotel with super friendly staff and great service. One star less for no toilet brush and the elevators take an incredible amount of time to arrive.
