Very bad and lousy service. I booked a room because I had to go to the embassy in Madrid to make a new passport. Then this Corona thing happened and the embassy and Madrid closed down. Still Victoria would not refund me.
They said I should not have booked a room with the virus going on.
My question is, then why are you taking bookings?

Great staff, clean rooms, and like they say location location location.
Very good and clean. They made changes to accommodate my party. Rooms at modem and clean. Big bed's are twin beds push together.
This was my option for a first stay in Madrid, and I have to say that it may very well be my option for a second stay as well. It's very well located, I was able to enjoy a lot of the city on foot. The service was great, nothing to complain or to highlight. The attendants at the reception took their time to explain and recommend sights and touristic attractions when I asked. The room has all that I, personally need, and more. The breakfast options are well varied. Overall I had a great stay, I really do recommend it.
