Sweet and nice but coffee and chocolate not too good. Better for having a glass of wine

In the heart of Lyon. Friendly hotel. The flea market like decoration is outstanding ; ancient enamel plaques, vintage clocks and motorised cycles throne in the lobby/bar area. Ideal for antique enthusiasts.

Fantastic little hotel right in the heart of Lyon. I've been to the city a few times but this was the first time I've actually stayed on Presque Ile (not sure I spelt that right). The rooms are nice, if a bit small. My only small complaint is that we were on the third floor and there was no elevator. Having said that, the complaints are really minor, and they don't retract from my 5* rating because the price more than made up for the small drawbacks. Would definitely book again the next time I'm in the city. The fact that the receptionist was really nice was a great bonus, too.
