I paid 548 € for only a room.
1- Although I booked a double room, They have locked the kitchen and hid the fridge.
He added to open them for me, I have to pay 20€ extra per night.
2- I asked for a cleaning service: They replied back that cleaning is only provided once mid week if the person booked more than 7 nights.
3- I called the reception to ask for Nescafe and cups, the receptionist asked me to come down to pick them myself.
4- When I mentioned that this is not acceptable for a hotel. He replied back that it is a residence and not a hotel although it is called Nemea hotel apartment.
The people there are not so friendly and do not offer any solutions to attract the customers. Although the room was fine and clean but it is not worth paying all that money without getting any service.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
P.S. that’s what I got for a 12 € breakfast. Adding to it some juice and eggs.
The person in the reception during our check-in was not attentive and friendly at all.
After waiting for the "few minutes" away, and that was situation that got repeated over and over during the day... We asked for alternatives to park our car and the answer was "we don't have park you need look somewhere".
We booked our room with a balcony but the room we given didn't had one, we asked the reception to change to another one and the answer was "we are full, some guests get balcony other don't", and the truth is that it was not fully booked because he started a new reservation with new clients just after my question.
The pool is cold and the space is not welcome, some chairs and warmer temperature could make this place much more enjoyable.
Room was clean comfortable and spacious.
Breakfast was ok, but not much choice.
I gave this 1 star for the presence of a swimming pool and gym in this hotel. All the other aspects here do not deserve any stars at all.
I strongly advise against the hotel when we booked the hotel, on the reservation we had the possibility to arrive before 5 pm on request according to the site. So then we booked the train tickets and 20 minutes later we received an email that our request was not possible and that we had to arrive between 5pm and 7:30 pm and leave before 10am. The schedules are aberrant. We showed up at 5:00 at the hotel. And we are taught on our arrival that we must pay a pre-authorization of € 200 for the night as a deposit. We hadn't planned on this, so there was nothing the staff could do so not accept us when it was 5.30pm and there was a curfew. We were 2 hours away. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE! We managed to find a solution after an hour. (I warn you that even a certificate of honor is not enough). The room was dirty there was blood and handkerchiefs! He asks us to leave before 10am to say a very strict complete cleaning but the room is dirty !!!! It is shameful.
From our room we hear the noise of pipes all night long !!
The next day when we left a blonde woman from the staff who is arrogant and rude. She looks badly at customers.
When we booked on it was written that the indoor pool was open and in the email received after booking it was written that it was closed !!!! Do not go, it is a supposedly 4 star hotel which is not even worth 2.

Poor reception and more than unacceptable organization since, once there, we were informed that a deposit of € 200 had to be given immediately which was not indicated to us anywhere during our reservation, so this was a problem. The front desk was not competent towards us and other clients who were in the same situation had to find another hotel within 10 minutes of curfew which risked taking an almond. I do not recommend at all.
