Reception is very helpful! They even asked a neighboring restaurant to open a bottle of wine for us! Hotel is not fancy or upgraded but the location is very convenient and the room was clean and air conditioned.
Tiny rooms. Staff is friendly and the hotel has rustic feel to it.
There was a bad smell in the room and the hotel. The family room didn’t have a proper window and was very small.
The entrance is far from welcoming.

Everything is clean, but keep in mind it's a 2 star hotel, so rooms are small and very basic. Make sure when booking of whether room has aircon or not when booking as rooms without a/c are very hot in summer. There is no lift, so it's not a good idea to book here if you have heavy bags. For a day traveller travelling light, it's fine.
