Location wise this place is great. Service on the other hand... less so... We were a group of three people who stop by for a coffee. Two out of the three of us order coffee, I didn’t. The manager came storming out asking:
“Who is the one among you who is not taking anything to drink.”
I said that it was me.
“Well to be here people have to order something! “
Shocked by this mediocre approach to service and wanting the others to consume, I asked the manager if he wanted me to stand up in an EMPTY terrace for eventual customers.
Long story short... we got up and left the place. A manager who prefers to lose two coffees to win one more ?
Isolated case one might think giving the positive reviews here, but we have never experienced anything like this...
We took our business next door and they have not only great service but awesome coffee. (Mockxa for those who are interested)
Good plac, good location, a little bit cold in winter maybe they could have more heaters outside.
