It is a hotel in the city center. Quality of service is very high. Rooms are clean. I am happy to chose this hotel.
This hotel is in a very nice location next to the Lyon Theater and close to Vieux Lyon. Lots of nice restaurants around. It is what you expect from a 3 start hotel, but at the same rating, there are better options around the same neighborhood. There is no hot breakfast (some similar hotels have) and the Internet is slow. I have no complaints, all I am saying is that the reviews are too positive for no reason.
Top place, excellent area, breakfast, rooms and emplyees
Lovely hotel. Excellent location in the heart of everything and close to 2 metro lines. Great service, newly refurbished pleasant rooms, lovely breakfast. Everything was perfect!
Great location but hotel shut the A/C off and rooms were stifling. Asked for a top sheet (which was absent) because the comforter was much too warm and was told there were no sheets. The WiFi is spotty at best and with no air the windows have to be open to the VERY loud revelry below. There was also no coffee maker in the room and you have to ask for an iron. If you are traveling for work I highly suggest any other hotel.
