Beautifully designed common areas and rooms. Clean (if it weren't for that carpet in the rooms, it would have been really great...). The breakfast was just fine. Located in a really cool area with modern buildings and a nice promenade next to Saône.
A M A Z I N G! Checked in, 2 minutes! What's better that 2 free drinks when you get there...Awesome room, morning team sets a super positive vibe at the restaurant and Manon just made our day! What else!
I loved the room layout and the style in general.
AWFUL hotel - DO NOT STAY HERE!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. Upon arriving, reception told us to park in the lot directly next door. The next morning, our car was vandalised - back windows smashed, totally destroyed!! BAD DAMAGE! Car was not safe to drive, totally ruined our trip! We asked hotel to help as it was an emergency situation. No empathy! Refused to help!! Requested they call police and they refused!! Other reviews have said this happened as well!! DO NOT STAY HERE. VERY UNSAFE AREA. On top of that, the room was cramped. They did not help my elderly father with his suitcase when we asked for assistance! The room smelled like body odour and did not seem clean. The breakfast was dry, unhealthy and mostly stale pastries. Just an AWFUL experience - worst 48 hours of my life to date! The bathrooms have no door!!! HORRIBLE TO SHARE. This should be said on the website unless you want your mate to see you on the toilet!!!!
