Excellent
An absolutely fantastic experience. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, making the stay peaceful and comfortable and also feeling cared for. The room was beautiful and very practical with lovely features.
The food was excellent when ordering dinner with the beer on tap being both tasty and affordable. The lobby is very nice to sit in and can take laptop to work.

Our room was dirty and...they blame it on us! We were given a room with a smelly carpet with dark spots...we also found dust behind the sink. Anyone can have a bad day, so we gave feedback to the receptionist. Her funny answer...."this is not possible, the room is clean". We had to go and take pictures (they didn´t want to go and check). With the pictures in front they said this is normal (normal for a hostel not for a 4* hotel). Wrote an email to the manager for him to have some feedback so he can know what is happening in the hotel...the answer..."our rooms are clean and we found ashes and cigarette stubs in the room, smoking in the hotel is strictly forbidden. We will give you this and that in compensation"....So not accepting the fact that the room was dirty and blaming it on us. My reply: "We do not smoke. Thank you for confirming the room was not clean." Of course we didn´t accept any offer from someone saying that I lie and accusing me on smoking in hotels". Do not normally write this kind of posts as you will see in my other reviews, but they do not take any feedback and don´t think is fair for future guests pay for a 4* when they are getting a pension service. PS: when doing the check-out we saw a couple with a dog taking the elevator to the rooms….guess where the bad smell in the room comes from…
Right in the center of the city. Small room and tiny bathroom, but it’s great value. Staff are really friendly. Great if you travel alone. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic
The hotel is very well located. I reserved a very economical room, so I can only speak about it. Everything was very clean and it had all I needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable.
The lobby area was very nice. The reception staff was probably the most friendly people you can find! Very kind and helpful.
