The hotel is good located near to the Jean Macé neighborhood. It is just some minutes walking distances to the Rhoné or the Musée des Confluences - it’s a student area and it doesn’t have so many bars around. The Mama Shelters Bar on the groundfloor or on the rooftop is cool!
All in all the hotel is nice, cool concept but your staff is awful and the pictures on your website are just a lie. In the website you can see rooms with terrace, this is not the case anymore, so put out those pictures, I expected to get a room with terrace.
Secondly your staff doesn't know how to treat a accor member with status. I didn't get any welcome drink, no upgrade possible, even though there were free rooms for the next better room category.
At the check out they wanted me to pay a breakfast I never had.
Please train your staff how to treat their guests...
Nice and clean hotel with a trendy vibe! We had nice cocktails on the Rooftop and a good dinner as well (unfortunately the terrace wasn’t open). Location is a bit off, but we didn’t mind the walk.
Really happy with the hotel. Excellent service, clean rooms, nice decor. Nice location near Metro station. Will go back in the future
