The staff is extremely helpful
The day I arrived lockdown was announced
I was looking for a buggy for my baby
Yulia and another gentleman who carried my baby all the way to the market and searched shops with me.
Luckily one shop was open and I managed to buy buggy for my child.
Also, YULIA went to the market
Searched for cap for my baby
Called the reception who in turn called my room and ask me if I would like to buy it for 170 Grona.
The rooms are clean, the staff gave me high chair and baby bed.
MICHL help me to order pizza online as websites are in UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE and he help me to understand the ingredients.
I highly recommend the hotel.
They make you feel at home.
If you require something you simply call the reception and they will bring it for you.
Least but not last Krystyna was also very helpful
