Excellent hotel in Lviv. Very beautiful outside and the rooms are HUGE! Very clean and we'll maintained. The restaurant is fantastic featuring a mix of Ukrainian and Polish cuisine. Massive portions!
Made a reservation, but due to the long wait at the border arrived 2hrs later. The reservation was given away and we were stranded without a place to stay at 4am. Nice hotel, but poor service....
Wifi is not available in some of the rooms, and you have to pay more if you want the wifi problem solved. The heating is not completely functional. The attitude of the hotel workers is not optimal (for example, during the checkout they check your room to make sure that you have not stolen anything). I would not recommend this hotel.
Beautiful place, comfortable rooms, wi-fi, breakfast is not bad. Highly recommend!
This hotel is like oasis after all day on terrible Ukrainlian roads. Beautiful garden, nice admistrator speaking well english, luxurious clean rooms. Very good restaurant.
