Nice hotel. Some improvements to get a full 4 stars hotel as claimed: more waterstream under shower, luggage handler, coffee and kleenex in room (and coffee quality at the bar), shoe care and taking quick care where repairs are needed such as to curtains... but a beautiful and very clean place, bedroom keepers staff is particular efficient, welcome desk could be more welcoming, access with a car is difficult to reach from the city when traffic is intense like most of the year, clear indications on the road are needed. Google still indicates access from rear of the building, which is now blocked for cars

The best hotel in lvov
We wanted one time visit to SPA, but never managed to enter. Because they want you to pay cash and they want you to show them your documents. It took us a lot of time to manage to find ATM and we had to return for the documents, so we were there at 11.30, while SPA was closing at 13 at that day. So, at the end they didn’t let us in SPA and offered to use their pool, which was not our idea. Will never come back again.
