Stuff should learn how to communicate with customers. We booked the hotel for one night and on the arrival day received a message in whatsapp which I found rude!Not answering the message for 2 hours doesn't allow you to send 10 question marks again. Moreover it's weird not to be able to pay by card! We canceled our reservation and booked another hotel.
It is a good and clean place with kind staff. It looks like on pictures from the website. The hotel has a good location, approximately 7 mins to the old city center. In the shower is good water pressure and enough hot water. But the corridors are not clean there.
Great bathroom. Good room. Very clean. Great smart-tv with free Netflix preloaded. Not a bad location. Robes and slippers provided. Be firm on using your card to pay, as they will try to push you to pay cash.
Rude staff last minute cancelling , overall bad hotel
Good interior, they really tried to make a good hotel but the sound isolation it's a problem and you will be surprised that the hotel is a small part of this building... and Please: put some (at least 2) coffee sticks and tea bags...
