Reviews from visitors:
This well hidden gem provided a clean comfortable room. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room given the bargain price. The only down side was the stairwell that was under renovation. There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags.
The location of the hotel is just great. A couple of meters from the iconic place in Lviv — Opera House. The number could not be selected and therefore fell number 16 "Venice". The room itself is compact with a high ceiling, completely new furniture, there is even a small kitchen for cooking. If you eat only what you cook yourself or you have a special diet, then this is the perfect place. Did not like what is difficult to find. The fact that the hotel building says only A4 sheet of paper. The entrance and the landing in a terrible state, the building is old and is now being restored.
Great brand new hotel in the heart of the city, highly recommend
Nice little hotel. Clean, well maintained. The rooms are stylized as capitals of the countries of the world. Very original. The administration is polite and friendly, will always help and prompt. I will stay at this hotel again
I rarely write such reviews and after reading the booking reviews when booking, I could not even imagine that everything would turn out like this. Here I don't even know where to start, but let's go:
Firstly, the silence and soundproofing: In this "hotel" it is absent, you can hear all the opening and closing of the doors, which squeak if not completely closed. Also, the law of Ukraine on noise after 23:00 no one observes, I would say, the noise is just beginning. We were "lucky", during our stay at the hotel, a full hotel of students from the "NAU-tour" organization was brought here, who every night, laughed loudly, talked, knocked on doors and endlessly walked along the corridors. To the requests of the guards and us, the guests, they responded with rudeness and, I quote, "we did not even turn on the columns" at one o'clock in the morning. In general, you want to live in a studio. hostel for 1250 UAH a day, please. that way.
Secondly, the Administration: This is a separate item, it was absolutely inactive in the process of eliminating noise, that is, "parties" every night from "NAU-tour". The guard came a couple of times, said, but they started again. In the morning, when we told the administrator about the last sleepless night and the request to move to another room or to return our money to move to another hotel, there was a refusal. We were told: "We heard you. And the next night this will not happen again" (I say in advance the next night, they hung out until 4 am!), And you can rest now. because at 9 am the hotel is quiet. We just came to Lviv to sleep during the day - this is logical. I arrived with my mother and she felt bad after a sleepless night + before that night on the train with insufficient sleep. And I, seeing their incompetence, asked to call the top management. They called a certain Valentina, who assured that there would be no booth next night. She even gave her phone number and told to call her anytime. When my nerves could not stand at one in the morning (and this is sleepless night number 3), I call Valentina, her phone is turned off, well, in the morning. naturally, no one called back.
The rest is ruined, and this was for the weekend on the 8th of March, which was ruined for us by inadequate guests and inactive administration.
