Nice hotell. Good service. All clean
We celebrated the anniversary on November 7, 2020. I liked everything, a very cozy place with a warm restaurant, beautiful interior, delicious cuisine, festively decorated tables, good service, all guests liked it, there is live music, I am very happy, I did not miss a single dance, the musicians picked a good repertoire of Ukrainian songs. The area near the restaurant is extremely beautiful. Good atmosphere, I advise everyone to visit there.
Really the institution is bad.
The kitchen is not tasty, the portions are small.
The administrator is rude, the waiter is absent, which he is not clear at work, because he works 1 on 2 banquets.
It is not possible to pay by card at all, which is a violation of the law. Should I look for where to withdraw money? And the cost is too high for this quality.

The first impression is good: compact, cozy, beautiful, nice, soundly - two banquet halls, a shining toilet. Interesting landscaping with a mini mini lake.
The kind lady who helped with the selection of banquet dishes in their extensive menu. What snacks, how many, what, a children's menu, so that there is nothing superfluous, but at the same time the table looked festive. One can feel a great experience of work in this business.
That day they had another banquet and one waiter (a very polite girl) in two rooms, which was really "sewn up". Serving dishes with a delay and a constant reminder, their signature kebab is served barely warm and I believe that the experience of eating it hot is a completely different pleasure.
Musical accompaniment "such" - Ukrainian tavern chanson. Not a single modern hit: there are no Ukrainian or foreign performers in the playlist of the resident's DJ.
Well, something like that we held a banquet there.
I strongly do not recommend the restaurant in this complex! They ordered a banquet: portions of dishes are small; service - 1 worker for two halls; live music ended very quickly (around 10:00 pm); the owner did not respond adequately to any comments. The holiday was marred by a boorish attitude and a reluctance to compromise !!!
