Curruption as blatant as can be. Booking confirmed for 2 adults and a child and we arrive to find one bed in a small room, and they want 50% more to privide an extra bed and more money for breakfast even though it’s totally clear on the booking. Money grabbing con merchants
The staff are really nice and the hotel is reasonably clean and well equipped. The restaurant is great too. Fantastic chef and other staff. To get 5 stars, they would need to: stop asking for the breakfast order the night before, make sure there are safes in the rooms, fix some of the plug sockets, some minor improvements with housekeeping of the rooms. That being said, overall it was a great stay and good value.
Hotel itself is very nice, rooms are very comfortable, breakfast was tasty & price is ok. Only thing I didn't like is lack of parking.
I was in conference room and in restaurant.
Conference room has not the best ventilations and that is the biggest defect. Room is comfortable at all and warm.
Food is tasty and service in restaurant is nice. Handmade bread is really tasty
