Great hotel in the heart of Lucca. Clean, comfy bed, close walk to everything. There is no elevator, must climb four flights if stairs to get to room.
We had a great time! The room is spotless, spacious, and the jacuzzi very relaxing. Strategic position for visiting the city, really recommended!

The chalet is a unique place, tastefully decorated and very clean, a great place to relax after a day at the findings of Lucca. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is equipped with free wifi internet and a large smart TV. Very convenient access by code to the rooms. Central area a few steps from Piazza Anfiteatro. Super recommended, we will definitely be back.
