Perfectly located, very nice and specious. You just need to be ok with staires.
Perfect location to explore the walled city of Lucca with very helpful staff who made arrangements for us to leave our luggage in the reception well ahead of our check in time. Very nice room with patio overlooking the st Michelle square.
We had such a wonderful stay. Very friendly staff, wonderful rooms - very spacious, excellent washrooms with great water pressure. The room was very clean. And amazing view.
If you have difficulty with stairs, than this is not really the place for you - there are many of them. Was good for us being in our late 20s and early 30s it worked off the tons of pasta being eaten.
However the wifi connection was very spotty, made it difficult to contact those back home.
Great location, comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom. Wifi down half the time. A bit expensive.
