Great owner. Amazing service. Loved it
My first impression of the hotel was good and I loved the authentic Tuscan style decor. However several things let the hotel down. Although we only stayed one night, there were no welcome/ information details in the room. Sadly our safe also had no key despite asking reception, which would have been a real problem if we were staying longer. The breakfast the next morning was also quite disappointing given some of the earlier reviews I had expected better. All in all I would sadly not give this hotel a 4 star rating, it is definately average.

The location is close to fabulous shops and restaurants.
There is nothing that would suggest a palace here. More like a senior housing as mojority of guests that we saw were elderly touirist. Unless you are into traveling in time. This place can bring you into times that are long gone.
Centrally located hotel with parking. Definitely reccomend
