Everything was perfect – the central location, the stunning medieval building, the beautifully decorated rooms (in keeping with the building's character and history), the lovely hosts and the overall experience! It was a lovely experience to stay in this super nice accommodation which is located in the very heart of Lucca and makes you feel like you’re in the medieval tuscany.

This was an absolutely beautiful stay! Brid was wonderful and offered us so many great recommendations that made our time in Lucca perfect. the room was wonderful like stepping into a historic painting. there was a large stain glass window that opened up to face one of the many churches of the city. Truly a gem in this town we cant wait to stay with them again!
Prime location and the hospitality of the hosts was unprecedented! The rooms were beautifully restored and renovated with respect to the unique history and age of the building. Had the best experience imaginable. Will definitely book there again if ever in Lucca!
The rating is of course always depending on the expectation on the hotel...and for us this was exactly what we wanted.
This small 4 bedroom hotel is all about location and a fantastic ambience - a wonderful house built in 1360 right in the historic center of Lucca - one of the most charming cities in Italy.
The breakfast is italian simple (don´t expect a continental breakfast) but you will meet other guest from around the world around the breakfast table in the great hall.
The couple running the hotel was very accomodating and made us feel really welcome.
