Amazing place to stay when you come to Lucca. The location is closer to a main piazza and a stones throw from the famous wall. The staff are hospitable and accomodating!!!
Everything we expected. We would stay there again. Clean neat friendly very helpful location very handy.
Nice place. Very friendly but not very helpful when something doesn't work. They "fixed" the broken fridge by putting some ice packs after I explained how important it was for us to keep our baby's milk cold during the night. The ice packs were warm by midnight.
A hidden Gem on the outskirts of Lucca, easily accessible with a garage just meters up the road to ensure your car is away from the road and behind closed doors (€20 a night but it's cheaper than the pay booths outside on the pavement).
Rooms were outstanding, very clean, attention to detail was great the lay out and furniture added to the experience.
The ladies behind the desk received a 10/10 perfect hospitality couldn't do anymore for us great knowledge of the area places to eat etc.
Breakfast was brilliant a good quality spread well presented.
I will and would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit lucca, even though it's on the outer rim it's a short walk into Lucca where all the attractions are.
If we ever visit lucca again I know where we will be staying.
