I am currently staying at Hotel San Marco and cannot speak highly enough about the staff, cleanliness, and cozy accommodations. We had a difficult trip getting from the US to here and they immediately checked us in, got food for us and called to check on us. They have been so helpful giving us ideas on things to do and giving us directions. They genuinely seem to care and are some of the nicest people I have ever met
Extremely helpful and kind receptionists. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay at San Marco Hotel. Clean rooms and very good breakfast. It is located 10-15 minutes walking distance from the centre of Lucca. Recommended.!
My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in August. It is an excellent hotel, well positioned, lovely pool, great breakfast with the friendliest staff especially those on the front desk. They were amazingly helpful when I had a medical problem. Can’t thank them enough for all their care.

Wanted to stay outside but close to the wall so location was also perfect!
Staff there really cares , breakfast is very good and location very convenient.
