Very beautiful "old style" hotel . When you arrive already impressive. Excellent cozy room , clean and with everything you need. Excellent restaurant!
We have visited several countries in Europe on three separate two week family vacations, and this was definitely the best restaurant we have been to! The quality of the food, the top notch service, the high level of professionalism, and the overall visit was absolutely outstanding! Our family of four was simply amazed at the positive and pleasant experience we shared!
We all had seafood spaghetti or spaghetti with clams, and we shared two bottles of white wine. For a fun and healthy twist, we added the Mosiac of Mixed Vegetables for only six Euros. The prices were very reasonable, and the serving staff and restaurant manager were extremely hospitable and welcoming.
We cannot forget the incredible ambience that we experienced in the outdoor setting overlooking the beautiful Tuscany hills and colorful houses in the background. What a gorgeous atmosphere with peaceful music in the background to top it off!
We highly recommend this restaurant to others in the Lucca, Italy area! This is a must-visit restaurant whether you are staying at the hotel or not. Thank you for the awesome dining experience!

Me and my wife stayed at Villa Cheli from 28th of may until 5 th of june in room# 114. Overall the stay was very good, staff was friendly and helpful, surroundings astonishing, good pool area, nice breakfast and dining was as best could be. What we were dissapointed with and is the reason for this review was that the room we got to stay in was NOT to our satisfaction. Why not? Firstly, it was like living in a cave, dark with minimum lightning and small window in the upper corner in the bedroom. The twin bed mattress was old and uneven.There was a kitchen area provided, with limited and old mixed assessories. Rgds,. Einar
