This place is amazing! The vibe, the decor, the VIEWS!!! Because we were a party of 7, we had to wait a little longer than usual, but the staff were very accommodating and found a way that we could all sit together! I can definitely see why this place is so popular! I was also able to charge my phone, they had outlets on the roof, this was very helpful. The heaters and the outdoor couches were probably the highlight of my night. Comfy, cozy, cute! Prices are decent, music was amazing! Bathroom was clean, I waited inside for my cab to arrive since it was cold, and there wasn't a problem. Definitely coming back!
Beautiful hotel, extremely nice bell hops and staff. I loved staying here. We did have a broken phone in our room which made it hard to call and order food and the tub wouldn't drain, filled up super fast . But the place is beautiful and so worth the stay. 25° restaurant located in the lobby floor has amazing food so worth it. Loved the burgers (known for great burgers) and street tacos were amazing. I would skip the bacon salad they just threw half a lettuce head in a box. It was not worth it ha. Definitely check this place out if you have time to stay. They had a drive in movie in the parking lot and valet parking was amazing. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Pool is amazing (check out history) and just stay a few nights you will love it! I booked this last minute after a very stressful travel day and within minutes of walking in, we were upgraded to a nicer room and given a complimentary bottle of wine since we had missed their "sipping hour"! The customer service from Jared was outstanding! The room is beautifully decorated and the bed is very comfortable!
The hotel is very cute! The remodel looks well done. We brought our dog (no pet fee) they provided us with bowls and treats, and they gave us a room on the 3rd floor so we had access to the garden level to take her outside.
This is the most opulent hotel in the city! It was a spotless, slick setting. It's suitable for both date nights and business meetings. It was a fantastic way to unwind. So far, we've had a wonderful time here. You'll need a positive image in the region. You did an outstanding job!
