This hotel is great, the food, and the service are top-notch! The best in that we ever been to. I will surely come back and recommend the place to my friends.
I booked this place because the pictures I seen on the internet was very pretty. When I got to the run I was very disappointed as the room didn't look like anything on the pictures the walls was dirty and the carpet had stans on it, The price is definitely more than what it's worth. The receptionist at the desk was rude and he charged my card for 150 of incidentals without telling me , I only knew when a got a notification about the charge. I ask the guy at the desk about the charges he said they would be refunded to me upon checking at. I ask him for a receipt of all my charges. I was so disappointed about how the room looked and then how he tried to charge my card with out telling me. I will never stay he again.
The location is pretty good very near to the airport, which is good for the visitors who arrive late at the airport. The price also competitive, and the room service is good enough. The front people are kind, and the lobby decoration is wonderful! We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to all of my friend who loves to travel.
