Not worth the price at all. I spent over $1200 for 3 nights in a balcony room. I was disappointed to find that the balcony was very small and no furniture provided. I would not stay here again unless these raise their standards or lower these prices. I enjoyed the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills a lot more than this hotel. There were no robes available, no house keeping, no room service, my room iPad was not connected to the software so it was basically a paperweight. Food at the pool is bland except for the fries. Pool is very small and the whole pool is only 3 feet. To extend my stay from 2 days to 3 I was promoted to pay an additional $460 when the original rate was $380 per night which was already extremely expensive for the room that we received. Overall the room has a unique look however, it’s just not worth it to me. They also kept my deposit and are currently giving me the run around! Worst experience ever.
I booked this last minute after a very stressful travel day and within minutes of walking in, we were upgraded to a nicer room and given a complimentary bottle of wine since we had missed their "sipping hour"! The customer service from Jared was outstanding! The room is beautifully decorated and the bed is very comfortable!
I had a great stay with them last time around. But this time I got treated so poorly by one of their employees that I took my bags and left. I tried contacting the hotel but they ignored me. Shame.
Very rude. I asked if I could take a video for an application i need for a job promotion and I received a lot of attitude. I said I would gladly buy something. I told him it would just be a 10 second intro clip for my video that I need to submit in my application. I literally only had my keys and my attached wallet in my hand in addition to my phone… And he asked me if I have any cameras. I clearly did not have anything else on my person. He told me it was sketchy and I could sit in the lobby. I sat in the lobby and the entire lobby has bad lighting and I felt very unwelcome. I just left instead of trying to make it work because the doorman, security, bouncer, whoever he is.... was very rude and I just didn’t want to be around that type of vibe in my video. I’m sure this is a very nice and luxurious place to stay and I’m sure the rooftop is nice… But we can be sure that I will not be spending any money there. Wish I had a better experience.
Very disappointed as this hotel has great reviews and beautiful pictures. However, when I arrived the room was not cleaned, the carpet was dirty, bathroom was dirty, I had 1 towel in the bathroom, no iron, poorly maintained room (I payed almost $500/night). I called for extra towels and iron and the housekeeper said she "could only find 1 more towel." She also came inside the room to check if I was lying about the iron because she said "I am sure there is one in the room." I called for room service for 1 cup of coffee and they said that they couldn't do it. Also, good luck trying to reach the front desk as they never answer the phone. I asked for simple directions around the hotel and the front desk had no clue about the area around the hotel. Very disorganized and very unprofessional staff. I have travelled around the world and I am usually very easy going, but this hotel really made my stay very difficult and unpleasant specially after paying high quality service fee per night.
