The reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was an incident of a lost/stolen item from my room. Yes, the hotel is beautiful, stylish, with super beds, friendly and accommodating staff, and a lovely rooftop pool. However, I vividly remember leaving my new black Birkenstocks next to my bed and forgot to pack them. I called the hotel 24-hours later after I checked out once I realized and no one who was cleaning my room turned them into lost and found.
That experience ended up leaving a bad taste in my mouth after I spent a lot of money to stay there for 7 nights and left a nice tip.
I'm not one to point fingers, but I specifically remember leaving them there and now they can't be found...what's up with that?
Blanca is the best. She makes this hotel seem like a vacation home for my family.
The location here is perfect for people who want to discover all the great new spots in the emerging downtown scene. The list restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance (or a short ride) seem to grow with each visit. The added bonus of not having to fight ANY traffic to experience any of it is a gigantic plus for me.
The staff here keeps this place running smoothly and the property is always in top condition.
What a fantastic experience. Great vibe, super comfortable space, wonderful service! My husband and I stayed for one evening to have a quick anniversary getaway. Martie went ahead and offered us a complimentary upgrade and upon our arrival had left a beautiful anniversary gift of wine and organic chocolate in our room along with a very thoughtful note. It was so incredibly kind and really set the whole tone for our holiday. The space was very smartly decorated and the pool and restaurant are a lovely space to unwind. Many thanks for a fantastic stay and looking forward to returning.

Love the design here, the rooms are so nicely designed and spacious. Will definitely need to visit again when the restaurant is open!
