James in the bar was super nice and attentive, asking about our plans and keeping up to date with us. (Plus, the drinks were phenomenal!) The entire place was super clean and nice. Especially with the California discount right now, it was affordable. My wife and I will definitely plan on staying here again!
This Hotel is absolutely stunning. The room is artistic and has an old Hollywood feel to it. I'm giving it 4 stars only because a couple of the staff / employees can be rude and snobbish to guest. All other employees are delightful but unfortunately a couple can ruin the hospitality. Otherwise great location you can literally get to the highway w/ in seconds & a shopping center is directly across the street. As well as Warner Brothers Studio lot is across the street. It is in a neighborhood . But hotel entrance is easily accessible
The hotel felt welcoming and appealing up until I arrived at the reception area. Both at check-in and check-out, the personnel in the front desk area behaved indifferently and distant. As a local resident, I wanted to support my community by staying in the hotel. I was expecting a warmth and a welcoming environment, which sadly was not there, except from the gentlemen who took care of my car.

Great rooms at an affordable price - rooms are new, clean & sophisticated. Staff is great, they mind their own business, they don’t bother you & they are always there when you need them. Quick to deliver on any given request (more towels, pillows, room service, etc.). Prime centralized location in regards to major surrounding cities and located within a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Within walking distance of Bank of America, Vons grocery, Starbucks and a couple great selections to grab something to eat. They don’t offer self-parking however there is always parking found on the side of the building. Most favorite thing, beside all the great things I mentioned, is that they are pet friendly! Thank you hotel Amarano for the great hospitality and experience!
