1 Hotel Café Royal
images
One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Lovely service, boutique hotel feeling, wonderful rooms and the best location in London. Can't wait to go back.
2 The Bloomsbury Hotel

images
Stayed here for my birthday last year and had an amazing time. The rooms are very clean and the location is superb with restaurants, bars and landmarks near by. Can not wait to visit again!
3 Assembly Hotel London

images
AMAZING LOCATION. You're Right In The Best Entertainment Area, Theatre a few steps away, Covent Garden is across the street, Trafalgar Square to your right, Leicester Square behind, Chinatown action nearby, National Museum and National Portrait Gallery AND St. Martin's in-the-Field 5 minutes walk! Bus stop is just outside the door. 20 minute walk down Whitehall past Horse Guards, Downing Street and Parliament to Westminster Abbey. Assembly is the perfect location for sightseeing. Restaurants everywhere.
Downside: TINY ROOMS. NO TV (as of October 2018). No table or flat surface to eat Takeaway. The window overlooked the alley where DEAFENING glass breaking noises woke me up several times a night. A nearby pub dumping empties into the bin. Ugh.
UPSIDE: Rooms are ensuite, clean and cute and high-modern art. Elevators near all rooms.
HOWEVER. STILL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED because of the amazing location, rooftop bar views and very helpful front desk staff.
4 Brown's Hotel

images
Nick and Stuart's passion and professionalism run through everything they do. I have been fortunate enough to stay at Browns so many times it feels like a home away from home. Their team deliver a wonderful service each and every time. They are a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend dining at their restaurant, Charlies and drinking at the Donovan Bar.
5 Claridge's

images
When you see Claridge's you might be reminded of another Victorian building, Harrods. Not really surprising as they shared the same architect, C.W. Stephens.
Built originally in 1812 this hotel is one of the best known in London.
The second home of aristocrats, exiled royalty and the favorite
of Ari and Jackie Onassis, it is located in the heart of the Mayfair district.
6 The Z Hotel Trafalgar

images
Very clean, helpful staff, an amazing location and fantastic value for money. What more could you want. I would really recommend to anyone. Thank you to all the staff.
7 The Z Hotel Covent Garden

images
Super friendly staff. Entrance of this hotel is behind a gate off the road, but just keep a look out for the signs. Place is clean, staff always have smiles. Cons, really tiny and no place to put your stuff. Reliable and free internet wifi. I recommend for short period of time.
8 St. James's Hotel and Club - Mayfair London

images
Excellent service, stayed in a room with a balcony on our wedding night and could not have wished for anything more. Highly recommended!
9 Grange White Hall Hotel

images
I stayed here last weekend and it was pretty good. Clean and tidy. Only problem was the ants in my room 115 which I got rid off and the noisy workers digging outside somewhere early one morning. But that was a one off. Lovely area and friendly staff. I would definitely stay again.
10 The Montague on the Gardens

images
We went for the Ski Lodge themed bar and the whole experience was lovely. We showed up late but they still saw us inside and treated us very well. The value for the drinks and food you get is also very good l, I can't recommend the mulled wine and cider enough. The staff made the experience even more enjoyable with Christmas cheer we even got the snow machine turned on as we left.
