Nick and Stuart's passion and professionalism run through everything they do. I have been fortunate enough to stay at Browns so many times it feels like a home away from home. Their team deliver a wonderful service each and every time. They are a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend dining at their restaurant, Charlies and drinking at the Donovan Bar.
Delightful spot to stay while in London! The staff really go out of their way to get to know you. The Donovan bar downstairs is nice too.

The service is always impeccable, the staff always friendly and attentive and the tea itself.. Superb!
Was told that Jack the pastry chef was trying new things.. orange peel scones for example. Just wonderful!
Excellent service and food in this traditional London hotel. We went for Afternoon tea to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. Had the Festive tea in the Drawing room, hotel decorated inside and out for Christmas. Lots of wood paneling,glass and feature fireplaces (it was built in 1837 and is London's oldest hotel). Well worth a visit and they do a Vegan afternoon tea as well.
During Covid, when all restaurants were closed, I ordered afternoon tea from Brown's to be delivered to a friend. I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendly personal service of Claire, who made the whole process easy and fun! I would do this again in a minute!
