This is one of the great hotels of London, but has passed through a succession of different owners recently.
Opened in 1898, Charles Fitzroy Doll, an English architect designed
the dining room, something on which he based his subsequent design
of the Titanic's dining room.
This hotel is centrally located on Russell square.
Visited for a nice breakfast and was blown away.
Quite possibly the lightest and most delicious hash browns I have had.
The food was delicious and filling without being at a very high price point.
Service was good and the only thing of note was that more bread options for the breakfast would be great.

I don't even know where to start! The Kimpton beats all the "best" service I have ever had. Absolutely stunning architecture with an even more fabulous and cheerful team. Everyone took care to bring the surprise I was planning for my husband on our wedding day to life! He loved it! Couldn't ask for more. PS. Loved the old school red telephone!

We had a few drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning at The Palm Court which is stunning. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very nice - special mention to George!
