We went for the Ski Lodge themed bar and the whole experience was lovely. We showed up late but they still saw us inside and treated us very well. The value for the drinks and food you get is also very good l, I can't recommend the mulled wine and cider enough. The staff made the experience even more enjoyable with Christmas cheer we even got the snow machine turned on as we left.
It was the first time that my friends and I visited the ski lodge at the montague on the gardens and it was such a lovely experience. All the staff are very friendly and Everet particularly made the whole experience even better. It wouldn’t have been the same without him. I will recommend to all my friend and family and Will definitely return in the future.
I CAN'T GET OVER HOW GREAT THIS HOTEL WAS. I will be staying here again and again, and will tell everyone in my life to stay here as well! My friend and I are young and American...so as you can guess we expected to be treated not so great. The moment we walked in - we were family! Extremely welcoming, extremely accommodating, extremely helpful... we felt like royalty.
The hotel itself was SO cute and had very unique decor that really made our experience there even better. Room was very clean and always kept as such! Great location that was quiet, but just one block over was the tube, coffee shops and restaurants.
We ended up leaving tips for each individual staff member that helped us during our trip. STAY HERE! You won't regret it!

Quaint hotel tucked away behind Russell Square. Went there for anniversay celebration. Would visit again.
We had a great experience with this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. The concierge had good knowledge of the area. The staff arranged nice touches to our stay, such as an upgrade to the Lord room, cookies upon arrival and cake to celebrate our special occasion.
We highly recommend a stay at the Montague.
