Helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with inviting and well designed interiors. Easy place to relax. Baker Street eateries only a few minute walk, and a quick 10 minute walk from Baker Street tube station.
There is quite simply no better room in central london for your money. I’ve stayed in countless places and I honestly think this is cheap at double the price, even outside of lockdown prices.
The place is totally spotless and incredibly quiet for a central hotel. I love the minimal unfussy interior and the beds are very, very comfortable.
The staff are fantastic - attentive but unobtrusive, efficient but charming, and are always willing to help with requests or give advice.
The manager and front of house team deserve a huge amount of praise and recognition for keeping such high standards and flawless customer service during these most difficult of times.
Would 100% recommend.
After hotels were closed down in March 2020, these people just chose to ignore booking refunds they had agreed to with booking.com
Glad to see it open again - but currently no food or catering
