Excellent service, stayed in a room with a balcony on our wedding night and could not have wished for anything more. Highly recommended!
The service from John at this hotel is second to none. As a family we stay in the best hotels all over the world and none provide service like the St James. Just one example of going the extra mile when me and my friend came in from a night out they gave us the breakfast menu and It didn’t have bacon on we expressed how much we wanted bacon and then at the booked time of 10am breakfast arrived to the room with bacon on too. We were blown away that they went out of their way to ensure we had what we wanted.
The rooms are gorgeous and always immaculately clean.

went for a meeting yesterday and found the place ...not very clean .dirty toilets. And broken step nearly fell over .would never go again .
This place was awesome. Great room services. Staff were courteous. Room was well maintained. Interior was beautiful. View was good. Great location.
Decided to write a review because I can't believe this hotel has any less than the full 5 stars as it is quite simply the best place in London to unwind - we love it so much we got married there and we visit all the time. The best food from a Michelin star Chef, fantastically and meticulously run by a brilliant General Manager and right in the heart of London. What is not to like? The best staff and attention to detail in town - and the cocktails will knock your socks off.
