My favorite Business Hotel in London, managed by mostly Italien super friendly and professional staff.
Oh and the Christmas Pudding was too good, I had it three evenings in the row.
Don’t want to forget to mention the excellent breakfast even in the Corona times.
Always again.
And if you want to go shopping just walk through the St. James Park and enjoy
The room was really spacious and perfect in every way. The towels and robes were really soft and fluffy. The bed was the nicest I've ever stayed in. It was a really lovely surprise to get back late in the evening to find the room was tidied and the bed turned down too.
Evening canapés and drinks were a really nice touch.
The breakfast was big, hearty and delicious.
The hotel is finished to a very high standard with thought gone into every little detail. The staff were a pleasure throughout our stay and they always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything. I have not experienced a better service in a hotel.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. I would highly recommend the Conrad Hotel. 10/10
We love the Conrad!! The hotel was very luxurious, caring staff, great happy hour. Everything was wonderful. Great location to attractions, pubs and the tube. Will definitely stay here again!
It was an excellent hotel experience from reception staff,house keeping staff to the staff in the executive lounge and resturant.
I would highly recommend this you will get a five star experience
