The rooms aren't as big as you'd expect. Even though I requested a decent size room due to health reason I was given a ridiculously small room on the first floor. I requested to change rooms which they did and I appreciate that. I think the rooms on the ground floor might be bigger than the rooms on the first floor. The bathrooms are quite small. But the hotel is very clean.
The staff and lovely and welcoming. There is a £50 deposit that is applied but you get this back.
There is a sauna but we did not use this and a bar and small dining area that is cute.
There is a cafe and convenience store near by which is great. The train stations are about a 15mins walk away.
Fast food restaurants such as McDonald's, Burger King are also not too far alongside other shops like boots etc.
I would recommend this hotel.
Visited in corona-times so a lot of services (sauna, gym) weren't available, although this was hardly the fault of the hotel itself. Several staff members were excellent: Agostino cheerily serving breakfast; Nathalia and Kremena helping amend/refund my booking at reception; and Serena (the MVP) helping me upgrade to a room of my choice. For me, this upped my experience from 3 stars to 5!
Stood 4 days with my son in this lovely hotel near Hide Park, and we loved it! Superb service and upgrade to a bigger room without any hesitation and costs! We totally recommend it!
Lovely clean hotel, comfy bed, good size room, fantasic location. Staff really friendly and helpful. Right near, Kensington Park, and tube stations. Queensway and Bayswater.
