The room was quite a compact room but it was clean. I stayed for 2 days. Location was not too far from Paddington. A £50 deposit was requested before checking in. The stay was alright not much of a view from my room. I had a hard time trying to locate the hotel as there was no sign saying that’s the hotel. After 3 hours of check out I received a message from the staff stating that the whole set - 6 coffee mugs were missing from the room and that I’ll be charged £25 from the deposit. No proper investigation was conducted as there weren’t any coffee mugs or coffee pods provided though there was a coffee machine in the room. Since I don’t drink coffee I didn’t bother asking for mugs. However they returned my full deposit after a few days and did not offer any apology for the mistake.
Great little find in a super location. Really friendly staff made checking in and departing very relaxed and comfortable. Rooms are newly renovated. Great shower and nice sized bed. Could not fault, super value too.
Very convenient location and very good quality for price. The room was brand new, very clean and very cozy. Definitely a location that i will use in my next trips to London.
Modest and quiet accommodation in the heart of London with very helpful, friendly staff and comfortable, modern rooms. For zone 1 London, the hotel is very reasonably priced and all rooms are accessible by lift. Check in was also straightforward and we were kindly upgraded by staff on arrival. I hope to and would certainly visit in the future.
