I spent what was supposed to be a night to celebrate my birthday and ended up in a week at The Connaught (last week of October) and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Everything was magical, from the birthday cake in the room, to the staff that are superb, the food absolutely delicious, I definitely was sad to check out. I think a new birthday tradition has started and will be celebrating future birthdays here at the Hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel. There are amazing bars and restaurants to choose from. Hope to be back soon.
Excellent hotel. The bar is great. Service excellent. Honestly one of the best hotels in the world in my opinion.
Built in 1892, this is one one the pricier hotels in London.
Wonderfully located in the middle of Mayfair, it is a superb location,
close to excellent shopping areas.
Charles de Gaulle lived here, I believe, during WWII.
This hotel has an excellent reputation for it's top class cuisine,
helped by the fact that many top chefs have worked here.
Ralph Lauren was so impressed with the staircase, he made a replica for his New York store.

Couldn't go into the hotel due to covid but the hotel itself looked majestic from the outside with a quirky, mist producing water feature in front.
