This hotel is such a special place to stay. From the moment we came in until the time we left, we were treated so nice by the awesome staff. They even made it extra special because it was my wife's Birthday, we had a room upgrade. The room itself was super clean and the breakfast the next day was absolutely delicious. 5 stars. Can't wait to come back.
Friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean and hand sanitising stations at all touch points. Breakfast was a little disappointing but doing the best they can in current climate. Great location for travelling around London with Earl's Court Station just across the road, never had to wait long for a cab on the main road. Would very happily stay again. Oh, and the comfiest bed ever!!
Feeling at home. Rooms are very clean, staff and restaurant really top. We found out this hotel by chance and now we always go there when in London... Hope to come back soon!
Decent size room in London, great location, many great restaurants nearby, friendly staffs, clean room. Thanks to housekeeping lady. She cleaned my room during my breakfast hours. Great stay.
Minor things, Bathroom Water not hot enough , no one will open the door for you even you carry 2 luggage’s at the same time.
It's very rare I will rate a hotel 5 stars. But the Indigo in Kensington genuinely warrants it. Whilst maintaining the quirkiness division of the IHG brand, the Indigo Kensington manages to excel your average standard of hotel for London. I stay in London for extended periods for work each year and have stayed in multiple areas and many, many different hotels of varying brands.
I can't recommend the Indigo Kensington enough.
- The staff really transcend what is normally required of your average hotel. Friendly, courteous and personable.
- The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious.
- The location is peaceful but somehow a 1 minute walk from the underground station into central London (You can't get a better location)
- The breakfast, bar and restaurant is fantastic. Best Flat White in Earls Court.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in London.
