Amazing 5* service from Gabriella, she ensured everything was smooth and up to standard upon arrival. I was glad to find out I was able to upgrade my room, she assisted me with my bags. Great stay and will definitely be retuning. Gabriella is a great asset to the team & if i could offer her more stars I most certainly would.
Exceptional, with service which went over and above. Having to travel up to London for a Medical appointment, it was a BIG concern during lockdown. However on entering the Mecure we had nothing but praise for this hotel. Luci was the main person we were in contact with during our stay and she could not have been more helpful. She showed compassion, understanding and went over and above expectations.
Then we met the other Team members Oltita, Nuno and Alieja. Mecure are fortunate to have such excellent caring and professional Team members. They were a delight and made our stay special.
The location was a delightful quiet mews, so convenient fro Paddington. The room was great, really comfortable, tastefully and well furnished, the bed was oh so so comfortable. Everythind you needed. Cannot rate it highly enough. We felt safe, secure and cared for. Well done and thank you. No hesitation to recommend and use again in.
This Hotel is situated in a perfect location which is just a 2-minute walk from Paddington Station (which is perfect because we arrived from Montenegro) and on the cusp of London’s iconic Hyde Park. It is built on one of the most exclusive of quintessentially London Victorian mansions with an English charm which you’ll surely love.

Probably the best staff I've ever had dealings with at a Mercure. The rooms are ample in comparison to Paddington/Euston hotels. Only downside is the cleaning wasn't excellent but any issues were immediately dealt with. I'd have to say that it's my new favourite London hotel just because of the welcome. Kudos to the team.
