I booked this hotel as I was having laser eye surgery in London. The staff have been incredibly polite, welcoming and accomodating. Truly exceptional customer service. The rooms are lovely and spacious. This place cannot be faulted.
My home away from home in London. The loveliest staff, comfortable beds, and hands down the best location you could ask for in London. It’s also cozy and gorgeous! I recommend to all. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here you will be happy you did.
Staff were amazing, so friendly and caring! The food was top notch and the hotel itself was beautiful! Couldn’t fault this hotel, I’m definitely coming back. I was here for a week because I had to get an operation in a hospital close by and the hotel manager has since emailed me to see how I’m doing and make sure I’m OK, like how amazing is that?! Highly recommend!
Utterly wonderful service and incredibly clean throughout. Style was not at the expense of comfort.
Whilst not aimed at children, ours found the themed displays and ornaments fascinating.
Our room was upgraded for free and although the additional fold-out bed in our studio apartment was not the most comfortable, the king size bed most certainly was.
The restaurant was spacious and allowed for relaxed social distancing. The staff serving breakfast were busy but provided incredibly courtious and friendly service. Food came quickly and was delicious. The teas and coffees served were also of a very high standard.
We would be delighted to stay again and hopefully get the chance to use the small gym which appeared to be well provisioned.
A wonderful hotel, near to Baker Street, west London with truly friendly and helpful staff.
We had a wonderful time at the Holmes Hotel for a staycation! The decor, cleanliness, staff and amenities are all you want from a 4 star hotel. The gym's ambiance was adorably in line with the Sherlock Holmes theme. The bartender was charming, fun, and more than capable. Our room was so comfortable, roomy clean. The aroma when you walk into the hotel is so warm and inviting. We would certainly come again.
