I stayed here last weekend and it was pretty good. Clean and tidy. Only problem was the ants in my room 115 which I got rid off and the noisy workers digging outside somewhere early one morning. But that was a one off. Lovely area and friendly staff. I would definitely stay again.
Due to Covid restrictions, we were moved to this hotel from the nearby Lancaster. The hotel is in a great location within 10 minutes walk of 2 underground lines. The room we stayed in was small and the bathroom very small. The staff were very good and there was no noise from outside during our 4 night stay. The price (£65 per night) was very reasonable. I'd only give it 3 stars as there was no A/C and our towels were not changed any day. If the price is the same next time, we hope to return.
Came here for a professional course. The hot lunch was very good, and the garden was beautiful. Really pleasant to take breaks in such lovely surroundings. The conservatory room was a picturesque place to hold a meeting.
