Loved this place. Very good location and friendly staff.
Very awful customer service. Made a booking in November had to delay due to covid. Informed could rearrange to February. Due to lockdown unable to make it. Hotel refuses to extend and take into account. Would not advice to use.
Absolutely loved staying here last week. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Hotel is kept clean to a very high standard. Room was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again
The staff is so sweet and the location is prime!!
The price is right but the rooms are small. We have a nice view in a nice neighborhood.
I would definitely recommend this spot if you’re planning on being w tourist and not spending much time in the hotel.

Fantastic Kensington hotel. Clean & modern, friendly staff and fabulous location for Royal Parks, tube stations, shops and an array of restaurants. Will be back!
