My newly wed sister came to this hotel straight after her wedding. Staff very kindly set up the hotel for them and the (Saturday) night porter was extremely helpful taking all bags upstairs.
Really nice atmosphere and rooms are beautiful. They're there for a week and I'm sure they'll love it.
Thanks to all staff who helped and went through the effort to leave a cake and a very nice note in the hotel.
The winter themed terrace was absolutely beautiful. The food was nice and staff very kind. Just to note the terrace is usually a smoking area but is closed for Dec 20.

This review is regarding the hotel bar area. Excellent, professional and warm service with fresh, delicious cuisine (especially the pizza which is the best one I've had in London) and the pinot noir from New Zealand (I was wondering why it tasted so differently from the French one which I'm so used to having). The music reminded me of Costes in Paris - very welcoming cosy and trendy ambience overall. Loved it and will be back for breakfast, afternoon drinks. Highly recommend!
Doughnut balls with nutella were amazing perfect spot to chill out relax with good company after a hard days shopping
