After staying at the hotel for three solid weeks, I have to say that all the staff were amazing, really catered to make things feel comfortable at all times. They went above and beyond any necessary requirements to support any given situation. I highly recommend this wonderful boutique hotel on all levels. Amazing chef who also makes a wonderful Indian curry, aswell as other delightful varied dishes. Adrian, an amazing waiter, so professional with excellent 'interpersonal and leadership skills'. The rooms are always cleaned thoroughly, hygiene and handsanizer is ready and waiting at every door, all the staff are extremely professional at all times. Definitely a feel of 'home away from home.' A really wonderful experience and atmosphere. Thankyou so much 'Chesterfield hotel!'
Amazing afternoon tea and very good value for money, using the eat out to help out offer. Perfect for children and adults alike. Service was great and we went home smiling from such a lovely experience. My son said it was the best day ever! High praise indeed.
I have visited this venue to be able to organize my company's Christmas Party here. It is an outstandingly beautiful hotel, with amazing décor, furniture and architecture. Stuff were very polite, but I was left to wait for quite a while until the event organizer came. They were not that busy in general anyway. I was shown around and explained about the new COVID rules and how they operate. I loved this venue and if there was not a pandemic in place, I would have definitely booked this for our party.
Afternoon tea was lovely. The sandwiches were better than The Ritz! Cakes were ok, but a little style over substance! Would be great if you could get a pot of 'normal' English tea. Beautiful hotel, great toilets. Staff were all lovely
A beautiful and traditional English hotel. Exceptional service and attention to detail, with a terrace and bar which is open 24hrs for staying guests. The food is great, and the rooms are sumptuous and comfortable. A lovely stay
